These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrackMyPost, operated by Freedman Labs ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
TrackMyPost helps you track Frame.io uploads and delivery deadlines on a calendar. Features may include deadline management, notifications, optional integrations, and subscription billing.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for maintaining access to your email. You must not share sign-in links or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation are presented at checkout and in your billing settings. Subscription changes and refunds are handled according to the billing terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Third-Party Integrations
If you connect Frame.io, Slack, ClickUp, or other services, you authorize us to access data needed to provide those features. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each integrated service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access
- Transmit harmful code or interfere with other users
- Misuse integrations or credentials connected to your account

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT UPLOAD OR DEADLINE DATA FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL BE COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEDMAN LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
