- Calendar data: Deadlines, project names, and delivery tracking information you enter in the Service
- Frame.io data: When you connect Frame.io, we access OAuth tokens and metadata about uploads, projects, assets, and comments needed to display activity on your calendar
- Integration data: If you connect Slack, ClickUp, or billing through Stripe, we store connection settings and tokens required to provide those features
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, feature usage, and similar logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service

- Providing calendar, deadline, and upload tracking features
- Sending sign-in links, alerts, and optional notification emails
- Processing subscriptions and managing billing
- Syncing optional third-party integrations you enable
- Understanding how the Service is used and improving features

Third-Party Services
TrackMyPost may connect to Frame.io, Stripe, Slack, ClickUp, and email delivery providers when you enable those features. We also use third-party services to operate the Service:
- PostHog — product and web analytics (for example, page visits, sign-up steps, and feature usage). See PostHog's privacy policy.
- Sentry — error monitoring to help us diagnose and fix application issues. See Sentry's privacy policy.
Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy and terms. You can disconnect integrations at any time in Import or Alerts.
Data Retention
We retain account and calendar data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
